Filmed in New Zealand, The Shannara Chronicles is set thousands of years after the destruction of our civilisation; Earth has been divided into 'the Four Lands', regions populated by elves, dwarves, trolls, gnomes and humans. At the centre is the Shannara family, whose descendants are empowered with ancient magic and whose adventures continuously reshape the future of the world.
The story follows an Elven Princess, Amberle, a half-human half-elf, Will, and a human rover, Eretria, as they embark together to stop an army of Demons from destroying the Four Lands.
