Chelsea Winter in Dunedin Competition
1. These Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules (Rules) apply to the “Cadbury World Winter in Dunedin” promotion
(Promotion) to be held from 28/6/2017 to 30/6/2017 (inclusive). Chelsea Winter Facebook will conduct the Promotion
entry platform.
2. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Rules. Cadbury World reserves the right to exclude
any person from the contest whose participation in the Promotion is deemed by Cadbury World, in its sole discretion,
to be likely to bring Chelsea Winter or Cadbury into disrepute.
3. To enter the Promotion the participant must be 18 years or over and must be available for travel 17th July – 19th July
2017.
4. How to enter: Chelsea Winter Facebook followers will be asked to enter online via the Chelsea Winter Facebook
page https://www.facebook.com/ChelseaWinterDelicious/ between 5pm on June 28th 2017 to June 30th @ 5pm 2017.
Participants will be required to tag the friend they would bring on the trip with them- in doing so they will be agreeing
to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
5. All entrants who submit a valid entry in accordance with paragraph 5 will be entered into the promotion entry pool.
Cadbury World will randomly choose the winner on Friday the 30th June. The winner will be contacted via Facebook
ensuring that they are available on the specific dates of the prize (17th - 19th July inclusive) and then the winner will be
announced via Chelsea Winter’s Facebook page. If the winner is not able to attend on the specific date then another
winner will be chosen and the process will be repeated until a suitable winner is found. If the friend that the winner
tagged is not available, the winner is able to bring another acceptable replacelment in their place.
6. If the winner’s entry is deemed not to comply with these Rules, including but not limited to if the winner is unable to
take the prize on the dates specified by Cadbury World, the entry will be discarded and a new winner will be randomly
determined in accordance with the selection process described in paragraph 5 of these rules. Cadbury World’s decision
is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The prize is not redeemable for cash, exchangeable for any other item/s or transferable. Only the person who
originally entered the Promotion can be awarded the prize. No other family members, friends, associates or any other
person will be able to claim the prize on another person’s behalf.
8. There will be one Major Prize only. The Major Prize will consist of the following:
ex Auckland (17th July @1.55pm arriving Dunedin 3.45pm and returning ex Dunedin 19th July @
4.15pm arriving Auckland 6.00pm)
ex Wellington (17th July @ 8.35am arriving Dunedin 9.50am and returning ex Dunedin 19th July,
10.20am arriving Wellington 11.35am)

9. Multiple entries are acceptable but each must be made as a separate entry- tagging a different friend each entry.
10. The prize must be taken on the dates specified by Cadbury World. The prize is subject to booking and availability,
and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant prize providers. All costs associated with a travel
prize which are not expressly stated in these Rules as being included, including spending money, additional transfer
costs, additional meals, taxes, insurance (including excesses), luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the
responsibility of the winner and any travelling companion(s) as incurred. The winner and any travelling companion(s)
must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier. The winner and any travelling companion(s) are
responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel insurance and documents to travel to the relevant location(s)
(including passports and visas, if required). Any alterations or extensions to

confirmed prize details must be approved in advance by the Cadbury World (at its sole discretion) and will be at the
expense of the winner and any travelling companion(s) as incurred. Cadbury World is not responsible for the
cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel prize and any costs incurred by the winner or any travelling
companion(s) as a result (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the winner. The winner is
responsible for ensuring that they and their travelling companion(s) are fit to travel and have received appropriate
immunisations and/or health checks prior to taking the prize.
11. If for any reason the prize or any element of the prize is unavailable for any reason, Cadbury World will substitute
the prize (or relevant element of the prize) for another item of equal or higher value at it’s discretion.
12. Employees of Cadbury World and this promotion's participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, and
members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate. The term “immediate families” include spouses,
Grandparents, Parents, Children, and Grandchildren whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, cohabitation
or other family extension.
13. By participating, all winners grant Cadbury World exclusive permission to use (including publishing and
broadcasting) their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with promotion of this and other
contests at no cost to Cadbury World.
14. All personal details provided to participate in this Promotion will be held by Chelsea Winter and Cadbury World for
the purpose of this Promotion.
15. Cadbury World reserves the right to refuse awarding any prize to a person who is determined to have not complied
with these Rules, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or obtained a winner status using fraudulent
means.
16. The prize details and itinerary will be sent to the winner via email and post.
17. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadbury World, Chelsea Winter, their associated agencies and
companies and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are not liable for any loss (including
without limitation indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death
which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by any person in connection with
this Promotion or accepting or using a prize.
18. Cadbury World/Chelsea Winter reserves the right to alter or discontinue the Promotion and/or these Rules at any
stage.
19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook,. By entering,
you acknowledge that any information you provide in connection with the promotion is being provided to Cadbury
World and not to Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to
Cadbury World. By entering, you release Facebook, from all liability arising in respect of the Promotion.
20. The Promoter is Mondelez New Zealand (referred to in these terms and conditions as “Cadbury World”).
