What are the prize details for this competition?
Win Mossop’s Honey Prize Pack - By entering this Hyundai Country Weekly Prize (“Promotion”) and by accepting a Prize, you
agree to these terms and conditions.
1. The Promotion will run from 18 February 2022 to 19 December 2022 (“Promotion
Period”).
2. The Promotion will consist of separate weekly draws. You must enter each week's draw to
have a chance to win that week's Prize.
3. Entries for the weekly draws open on Fridays and close the Friday following. Exact timing
on these days is at the discretion of Hyundai New Zealand and will be denoted by a Facebook
post announcing the winner(s) and the next week's competition.
4. To enter the Promotion and have the chance to win the Prize for a weekly draw, you must:
a) Enter your details in the Competition Page on the Hyundai Country website which can be
found from a link on the homepage or a link from Facebook; and
b) be a New Zealand resident, currently living in New Zealand.
c) not be related to and/or have any affiliations with a Hyundai NZ employee.
Please note that some weekly draws may have additional eligibility criteria. These will be made clear on
the Official Hyundai New Zealand Facebook page prior to that week’s draw.
5. The Competition is not open to employees of Hyundai Motors New Zealand Limited and
their families, its subsidiaries, agents and affiliates.
6. No Prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
7. Only one entry per person per week. Once you have entered using your email address, you
will not be able to enter multiple times for that week. Your entry will be for that week’s draw
only.
8. The weekly winners draw will be conducted each Friday during the Promotion Period.
9. The Prizes will vary from week to week but will be promoted on the Official Hyundai New
Zealand Facebook Page and website. Further details will be available by watching the
Hyundai Country Calendar television programme airing on the Sunday prior to the draw at
7p.m. on TV1.
10. The first valid entry randomly drawn each week will win the Prize for that week. If there
is more than one Prize then each subsequent valid entry drawn will win the Prize until all
Prizes for that week have been won.
11. The Prize winner(s) will be notified using the contact details provided on the entry form.
12. The Prize winner(s) will have 21 days to reply to the "Congratulations" email and accept the gift they've won. If the winner(s) fails to respond within the aforementioned period, Hyundai New Zealand reserves the right to re-draw the prize and announce a new winner(s). The 21-day period will also apply to the re-drawn winner(s).
13. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize
1. Where a Prize involves any flights, accommodation or another benefit that has blackout
dates or additional terms and conditions, these additional terms will apply to any redemption
of the Prize.
2. When a prize is or includes the use of a Hyundai vehicle for a period of time, additional T&Cs apply including:
The winner must have a clean, full and current New Zealand Driver's License.
The winner must be over the age of 25.
The winner must agree to complete a Vehicle Loan Agreement form before using the Hyundai vehicle.
Hyundai vehicles are subject to availability. Hyundai NZ have sole discretion as to which model will be supplied.
General
1. The Promoter is Hyundai Motors New Zealand Limited (“Promoter”).
2. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, postpone or cancel the Promotion and to modify
these terms and conditions without notice.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the award of any Prize if the Promoter
suspects that there has been a security breach within the Hyundai Country Weekly Prize
application or any program used to conduct the Promotion or an entrant has hacked or
otherwise improperly accessed the application or website in order to win the Prize.
4. If you accept the Prize, you are responsible, at your own cost, for obtaining all necessary
insurances and any other thing necessary to benefit from the Prize, including all applicable
taxes related to accepting the Prize.
5. You agree that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with,
Facebook. To the extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Facebook from any and
all liability for all risks, claims, or actions of any kind whatever and however occurring,
which may arise at any time from or in connection with this Promotion.
6. All Promotion entries become the property of the Promoter.
7. You agree that, if you are a Prize winner, your name and photograph may be used for
publicity purposes in all media by the Promoter, without remuneration, and you agree that
you must make yourself available for this purpose.
8. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and any other person or party associated with
this Promotion, shall not be liable to you in respect of any loss, damage or injury whatsoever
(including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect, and/or consequential loss or damage),
including personal injury suffered as a result of, or arising in connection with, the Promotion
or winning (or not winning) a Prize.
9. By entering the Promotion you agree to receive further information regarding Hyundai
Motors New Zealand Limited about its products, services, and other offerings (including by
electronic message, including email and text message) using the contact details provided by
you.
