What are the prize details for this competition?

Win Guylian Belgian Chocolates - Just because some-bunny’s hopped off on his way doesn’t mean we can’t make pigs of ourselves by sniffing out some first class chocolate truffles from Guylian. Featuring two packs with (approximately) 23 pieces in each, this prize is choc-full of treats! To enter, simply fill in the form below. One entry per email address/person; Winner notified by email or phone (please provide day phone number on entering). Winner must be able to collect from Times Newspapers - Level one, The Lane, Botany Town Centre. Entries close June 4, 2015.
