THE JUNGLE IS JUMPING swerves off the beaten track of children’s music to exotic locales. There’s adventure on the high seas (No Toast), a night-time duel with a marauding mosquito (Little Miss Mosquito), and Dr Suess inspired salsa (Pom Pom Song).
Two members of critically acclaimed indie band The Phoenix Foundation spice up the jungle curry (Conrad Wedde on guitar and Chris O’Connor on drums), and jazz wild man Jeff Henderson howls on the saxophone. This is exciting stuff…it’s definitely not the Wiggles!
