Who can enter the Estate Planning Expert Will and Enduring Power of Attorney Package competition?

The total value of this package is up to $1,000. If the Will requirements are complex and exceed two hours, an additional fee may apply, which will be discussed with the winner before proceeding.

What are the general conditions for the prize?

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another individual. Participants agree that once the winner is announced, the decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding disputes. The prize must be utilized by October 1, 2025; otherwise, it will be forfeited.
