The competition is open to anyone. Participants must be individuals who wish to enter for a chance to win the estate planning package.

Entries for the competition close on October 15, 2024. All submissions must be received by this date to be considered eligible.

Participants can enter the competition by submitting their entry through the designated entry method specified in the competition promotion. Only one entry is allowed per person.

The prize consists of a meeting with a Perpetual Guardian estate planning expert for up to two hours. This includes: - Preparation of one Will - Preparation of one Enduring Power of Attorney for both Property and Personal Care and Welfare The total value of this package is up to $1,000. If the Will requirements are complex and exceed two hours, an additional fee may apply, which will be discussed with the winner before proceeding.

The total prize pool for this competition is valued at approximately $1,000, which encompasses the estate planning services provided by Perpetual Guardian.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another individual. Participants agree that once the winner is announced, the decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding disputes. The prize must be utilized by October 1, 2025; otherwise, it will be forfeited.
