The organizer of this giveaway is TakeTV e.K., Alte Linner Straße 93-97, 47799 Krefeld.
Accepting these terms and conditions is mandatory for participation. By participating in the giveaway, the participant accepts these terms. This giveaway is worldwide. Participants must be at least 13 years old. Employees of TakeTV, their direct relatives or any associates of TakeTV are not eligible to enter the giveaway. TakeTV reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any given time how they see fit.
There are 11 prizes in total. The prizes are limited to one per person. It is not possible to transfer, get a refund or exchange the prize for cash. TakeTV may change the prize to something of equal or higher value as they see fit. The value of each prize is solely TakeTV’s discretion.

The giveaway begins on 15.03.2018 at 18:00 CET and ends on 19.03.2017 at 23:59 CET. All attempts to participate outside this given time will be nullified.
No purchase or payment is necessary to participate in this giveaway. Incomplete, late or illegible entries will not be accepted. TakeTV holds no responsibility for entries that got lost, arrived too late/incomplete, or did not arrive at all due to technical or other reasons. Only one email per entry is allowed.
The winners will be picked randomly from all valid entries in Gleam and contacted via email. Winners have to reply within 2 days after receiving the notification message and
Confirm their win and accept the prize and
provide TakeTV with the needed information.
Should the contacted winner not respond after the given time or get disqualified for other reasons, the win will be revoked and a new winner picked randomly from the remaining valid entries.
This giveaway is void, where it is forbidden or restricted by law. TakeTV reserves the right to change the action or end the giveaway at any time as they see fit. Should it occur that the giveaway can not happen as planned, TakeTV reserves the right to shut the promotion down without reasons or further explanations at any time.
