1. Eligibility. This StreamCraft (StreamCraft.com is a live streaming platform, owned and operated by PocketSocial) Campaign is only open to legal residents worldwide (excluding Quebec, Canada) who are at least the minimum age of majority in the jurisdiction from which they enter the Campaign at the date of entry. Employees of PocketSocial and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. Persons who meet these criteria are “Qualified Referrals” and may enter this Campaign in accordance with these Official Rules. The Campaign is void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating in the Campaign, the participant signifies his or her full and conditional agreement to these Official Rules.
2. How to Enter: To enter the Campaign, you must follow StreamCraft's Facebook page (mandatory) through the Gleam event page. If you want to increase your chances to win, every additional actions you take after following the Facebook page will award bonus entries during the qualified campaign period. Completing 6 actions including the mandatory following would award 10,000 bonus entries that will increase your chance of winning even further.
Entries that are incomplete or use an unqualified Social account will be disqualified at the sole discretion of PocketSocial. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules and supply false information, PocketSocial will disqualify your Entry. Entries received from persons who are not qualified will be void. PocketSocial reserves the right to reject and disqualify any entry, in its sole and absolute discretion, that it determines does not meet the Campaign criteria.
3. Agreement to Rules. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and represent and warrant that you are qualified as outlined in section 2. You agree to accept the decisions of PocketSocial as final and binding as they relate to the Campaign and these Official Rules.
4. Campaign Period. The Campaign will begin and entries will be accepted on the Campaign Page beginning April 11, 2018 at 0:01AM PDT and ending April 25, 2018 at 11:59PM PDT (the “Campaign Period”). Entries must be received during the Campaign Period.
5. Awards/Give-A-Way. There are two levels of awards/give-a-ways in the campaign. A Qualifying Contestant (as outlined in section 2) will be entered into the random Give-A-Way which will award a prize (as described below) to a random winner, to be drawn within 2 weeks after campaign closure date.

Actual prize or appraised value may differ at the time the Give-A-Way is awarded. Prizes may not be substituted for cash or other goods and services, except at PocketSocial’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be assigned. Any expenses related to the Prizes, including, without limitation any federal, provincial, state, or local taxes, will be the sole responsibility of the respective Winner. If you accept a Prize, you thereby grant PocketSocial the right to use your name, likeness, and Entry Screenshot for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds. The odds of winning the Give-A-Way depends on the number of qualified entries received (as outlined in section 2) during the Campaign Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification. On or around May 7, 2018, each of the Give-A-Way winners (as outlined in Section 5, will be selected from all qualified entries completed during the Campaign Period. The announcement will be conducted at the Sponsor’s address as indicated at the beginning of these Official Rules by the Sponsor or its designee, who is the judge of the Campaign.
Potential winners may be required to complete and sign a Declaration of Eligibility form and a (except where prohibited) Liability/Publicity Release form provided by PocketSocial, within 5 days of attempted notification in order to claim a prize. Potential Canadian winners must also correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a timed mathematical skill-testing question in order to claim a prize.
Winners will be notified by email within 5 business days following their selection and confirmation by PocketSocial that their entry was eligible and that they were a Qualifying Contestant. Prizes will be processed and fulfilled to each winner within 15 business days after PocketSocial receives their Declaration and Liability Release form (if requested). Each Winner will provide to PocketSocial any information requested of the Winner to help PocketSocial determine whether the Winner was a Qualifying Contestant and made an eligible Entry. Winners that do not provide PocketSocial with the requested information (if requested) will be disqualified. PocketSocial will not be liable to a Winner for anything whatsoever arising out of or relating to that Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings, or for that Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, is disqualified, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as PocketSocial may require, that Winner’s Prize may be revoked and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by a Winner of a Prize is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER (AT POCKETSOCIAL’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN THAT WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
8. Rights Granted by You. By submitting your Entry on the Campaign Page, you understand and agree that PocketSocial, anyone acting on behalf of PocketSocial, and PocketSocial’s licensees, successors, and assigns, will have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes and without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent by you. You agree to sign any necessary documentation that may be required for PocketSocial and its designees to make use of the rights you granted above.
9. Terms & Conditions. PocketSocial reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond PocketSocial’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. In that case, PocketSocial may select the Winner from all eligible Entries received prior to and/or after the action taken by PocketSocial. PocketSocial reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or web page, or violates these Official Rules. PocketSocial has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Campaign, to void entries for a person’s non-compliance with these Official Rules, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses (in an attempt to gain unfair advantage); multiple entries from the same computer (in excess of that allowed by the Campaign’s Official Rules); or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web page or undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, PocketSocial reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability. By entering the Campaign, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless PocketSocial and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (1) your participation in the Campaign and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Campaign; (5) electronic or human error in the administration of the Campaign or the processing of entries.
11. Governing Law, Disputes, Limit of Liability. The Campaign and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of Canada and British Columbia, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Campaign, you agree that any disputes that cannot be resolved between you and PocketSocial, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in British Columbia. Furthermore, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL,OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LAWYER’S FEES, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Campaign). YOU FURTHER WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED.
12. Privacy Policy. Information submitted with an entry into the Campaign will be subject to StreamCraft.com’s Privacy Policy stated on the StreamCraft web page.
13. Winners List. To obtain a copy of the Winner’s names after they have been selected, or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: PocketSocial Technologies Inc., 800-1285 West Broadway, Vancouver BC, V6H 3X8.
Requests must be received no later than April 15, 2018 at 2:00 pm PST.
