To qualify for the draw you must be a resident of New Zealand, aged 18 years or over.
Competition closes Monday, November 10, 2014 at 8:30am.
The Prize will be drawn on Monday, November 10, 2014. The winner will be notified via Facebook.
In the event of any dispute regarding the rules and/or results, and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decision of Signature Homes shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Competition entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date specified. Failure to do so will disquality the entry.
Competitors agree that they will, if requested by Signature Homes, appear in an advertisement designed to promote the Competition.
The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
