- The prize is twin share; a single supplement is available for those who prefer a guaranteed single room.
- The prize does not cover flights, single supplements, or e-bike hire.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Exclusions apply for private groups, special interest trips, custom tours, and trips operated by third-party providers.
- The prize winner agrees to provide a short travel article and accompanying photos for an Adventure South NZ blog post following their trip.
