This March, Mt Eden neighbourhood eatery Molten restaurant is introducing a new and limited offer to supplement its popular slow-cooked feasting menu.
Molten Restaurant and Greystone Winery have teamed up to provide a delicious food and wine matching experience. Diners will be served a whole lamb, jointed and cooked over Molten’s wood-fire barbeque and enough to feed four to six diners. The lamb is accompanied by ratatouille with pancetta and baby onions, fresh green beans, duck fat roast potatoes, pickled vegetables with black olives and white anchovy and freshly baked bread.
To match the food, diners will enjoy a bottle of the 2014 Greystone Estate Pinot Noir, all for $249 (value $400).
