1. “Whangarei Heads Weekend Getaway” Promotion is only open to New Zealand residents, aged over 18, excluding employees of The Promoter and all those professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. The Promotional application will run from 5th of August to the 26th of August 4pm 2018.
3. To enter: simply enter the Promotion on the Discover Whangarei Heads Facebook application ‘Whangarei Heads Weekend Getaway’. Enter by submitting your email address. Prize winners are selected at random.
4. No purchase is necessary, however internet access is required.
5. You may register your entry only once. You will automatically get an additional three entries into the draw if you share the Promotional application with your friends, on Facebook and they enter the competition via your share.
6. Players may not win more than one prize in any one Promotion.
7. To enter, players must provide their email address. Winners will be contacted on the email address provided. We may use email addresses provided by players to send Promotional material strictly related to Discover Whangarei Heads. 11. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent is available. Prize includes an accommodation package for 4 people (2 couples or a family of 4) restricted to the day and night of the 28 & 29 Sept 2018, at Kauri Villas located in Whangarei Heads, Northland New Zealand. Management will accept requests for alternative dates of stay, and may provide alternative dates of stay at their discretion, however under no obligation to provide alternative dates to stay. Check in and check out times are regular standard and late check out can be arranged with management.
12. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other means (use of multiple email address or including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
