Terms & Conditions
General Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules for the Earthwise Facebook Page Competition – Win a Washing Machine with Omega (Monaco Corporation Ltd) and Earthwise Group Ltd – December 2017/January 2018
1. Entries must be received by 11.00pm on Wednesday 10 January 2018 to be valid.
2. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and resident in New Zealand.
3. Winners will be drawn and announced by Monday 21 January 2018.
4. A maximum of one entry per person via the entry form on the Facebook Application - by submitting this entry each entrant will automatically be in the draw for the weekly spot prizes.
5. The entrant will receive one bonus entry each time they share the competition with a friend via the Facebook App and that friend enters by following that link.
6. Winner will be notified by email within 3 working days of the draw. Return of the prize notification or failure to respond to this email within 5 days will result in disqualification and the competition will be re-drawn. In the event that the prize remains unclaimed after 1 month, the prize will be redrawn.
7. The Main prize pack consists of an Omega Identico 7.5kg Front Load Washer (OWM75W) valued at NZ$1,199. Prize includes delivery to specified address in New Zealand. Prize does not include installation - installation, building, plumber or electrician work is the responsibility of the prize winner.
8. Each Friday during the competition we will giveaway 10 x spot prizes (total of 50 spot prizes over 5 weeks of competition duration). Spot prize draws will take place at before 5pm on 8th December, 15th December, 22nd December, 29th December 2017 and 5th January 2018. Prize will be at the discretion of the Earthwise team and will be promoted in a Facebook post on the day.
9. Earthwise cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
10. The prize is not redeemable for cash. Earthwise reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
11. Employees of Earthwise and Omega are not eligible to enter the Competition. Earthwise reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants
12. The winner is responsible for communicating the correct postal address to enable delivery of the prize. Earthwise accepts no responsibility for any prizes being sent to incorrect addresses.
