NZME (“Radio Hauraki”), has teamed up with Tuffy (“the promoters”) to give you the chance to Win
one of ten gas bottle refills, and go in the grand prize draw to win a Twin Grill BBQ.
1. The Promotion starts at 6:00am on Saturday the 20th of October, 2018 and ends at 8:00pm on
Monday the 22nd of October, 2018 (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO ENTER
2. To enter the promotion a participant must:
a) Text Tuffy to 3483.
3. Entries containing offensive or inappropriate activities, content or language will be void.
4. Participants may only enter the Promotion once. All duplicate Entries will be void.
Major PRIZE:
1. 1x Zielgar and Brown Twin Grill BBQ
2. 1 x Zielgar and Brown Mobile Cart
Minor PRIZE:
1. 1 x Gas Bottle Refill (voucher)
Winning the Major Prize:
1. The Promoter (Radio Hauraki), will randomly select one registrant from the prize draw.
2. The Promoter determination of the Major Prize Winner is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
3. The Major Prize winner will be notified by phone on Tuesday the 23rd October, 2018 using the
contact details provided.
4. If the Major Prize winner cannot be reached after two attempts then the prize will be
forfeited and another Major Prize winner will be selected.
5. The Major Prize consists of Zielgar and Brown Twin Grill BBQ and Mobile Cart.
6. Tuffy is responsible for distributing the final prize.
7. The Major Prize winner will be responsible for all other expenses not covered in the major
prize.
8. The Major Prize is not transferable or negotiable and may only be claimed by the Major Prize
Winner.
9. Radio Hauraki and Tuffy will not be liable to any person in any way in relation to this
Promotion including, without limitation, any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including
but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), for any reason of the Major Prize winner
and the quality of goods or services supplied by any third party, except for any liability that
cannot be excluded by law.
Other
1. These terms and conditions may be amended and the Promotion terminated at any time by
the Promoter.
2. Radio Hauraki’s decisions on all entry and promotion matters are final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
3. Participants grant Radio Hauraki permission to use their name, photograph, voice and film
recordings in which they appear, in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion
and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
This includes the right to use on the Promoter’s websites, Facebook pages, on air and other
publications of the Promoter.
4. The Promoter will collect and use, for the purpose of the promotion, your personal
information. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal
information (where such information is readily retrievable by contacting Radio Hauraki).
