Who can enter the promotion?

The promotion is open to New Zealand citizens or permanent residents who are aged 18 years or over and are eligible to visit the United States of America between 25 February and 2 March 2025. The promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter, parties contracted for this promotion, immediate family members of those involved, or anyone directly associated with the promotion.

When does the promotion close?

The promotion opens at 12:01 am on 21 October 2024 and closes at 11:59 pm on 10 January 2025.

How can one enter the promotion?

To enter, entrants must complete the online entry form at maxigesic.co.nz/lasvegas during the promotion period. The form requires answers to three questions and the submission of personal details.

What is the prize and how can it be redeemed?

The prize consists of a trip for two people to Las Vegas, USA, to attend the NRL Telstra Premiership Las Vegas Festival 2025. The prize includes:
- Return economy airfares for two from Auckland to Las Vegas, USA.
- Five nights’ accommodation in a twin share room at Park MGM Las Vegas (25 February to 1 March 2025).
- Airport transfers between Park MGM and Las Vegas airport.
- Two Gold match passes to the NRL Telstra® Premiership Las Vegas Festival 2025, including access to several exciting matches such as the One NZ Warriors vs Canberra Raiders, Penrith Panthers vs Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks, and more.
- Two entries to a One NZ Warriors Fan Function.
- NZD $1,000 spending money (in cash or gift card, at the Promoter’s discretion).
The total prize pool is valued at NZD $12,000. The prize must be redeemed between 25 February and 2 March 2025. All travel is subject to availability.

Are there any additional costs or requirements?

Any additional costs, such as food, travel insurance, visa costs, passport fees, and domestic travel expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner and their travel companion. The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be changed once booked.

How will the winner be selected and notified?

The winner will be selected through a random electronic draw. The draw will take place by 5:00 pm on 13 January 2025, and the winner will be notified by email within 5 working days. The winner must respond within the given timeframe to claim the prize.

What happens if the winner does not respond or is ineligible?

If the winner is ineligible (e.g., underage or unable to travel within the specified dates), or if the winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly selected.

Are there any terms regarding the use of personal information?

Personal information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020 and the Promoter's privacy policy. It may also be shared with agents and associated organizations for the purpose of conducting the promotion and notifying winners.

What are the limitations of liability for the Promoter?

The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, or incorrect entries due to technical issues or other causes. The Promoter is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the prize, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or property damage.

Can the Promoter change or cancel the promotion?

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. The Promoter also reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion, including substituting prizes, without prior notice.

Is this promotion affiliated with any other organizations?

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta, nor is the National Rugby League (NRL) associated with the promotion. The promotion is solely organized by AFT Pharmaceuticals Limited.
