Competition terms and conditions:
These terms and conditions are the competition rules (the “Rules”) and apply to the Escape Winter Competition (the Competition) at the Taste on Willis Food Court, Wellington. By entering the Competition, you (the “Entrant”) agree to be bound by these Rules. The prize (the “Prize”) consists of a trip for two to Rarotonga with a $3000 House of Travel voucher. The winner of the Prize (the “Winner”) is the Entrant drawn by Precinct Properties Holdings Limited (“Precinct”). There will be 1 winner, drawn on 4 August 2014. By entering this competition you are consenting to receiving future promotional material from Taste on Willis. 2. Entry to the Competition shall be by way of a completed, valid Competition entry form submitted to Precinct at one of the Competition entry boxes or online via www.tasteonwillis.co.nz. Each entry form will be counted twice, thus doubling the entrant’s chances to win, whereas online entries will only be counted as one entry. The competition runs from 14 July 2014 to 1 August 2014. 3. The Winner will be notified via email by the following Monday. 4. The Prize must be redeemed before 31 January 2015. 5. This prize is not redeemable for cash. 6. Precinct reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these Rules at any time without prior notice. 7. In the event of a dispute regarding the Rules, or any aspect of or relating to the Competition, the decision of Precinct shall be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. 8. Competition entries must be made in the manner specified. Failure to do so may disqualify the entry.
9. Employees of Precinct or any other owner of any part of the Taste on Willis Food Court, or any company involved in the Competition or members of their families or households, are not eligible to enter the Competition. Precinct reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Winner and any Entrant. 10. By entering the Competition, each Entrant hereby warrants that all information submitted by them is true, complete and accurate. 11. Precinct reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant on reasonable grounds or to refuse to award the Prize to an Entrant that Precinct decides (in its sole discretion) has violated the Rules, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Competition or won using improper, unfair or fraudulent means. 12. In the event that any Entrant is disqualified from the Competition, Precinct in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement Entrant shall be selected. In this event, any further Entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original Entrant and will be subject to these Rules. 13. The Winner’s biographical details and photographs and audiovisual recordings of the Winner may be used for publicity purposes in all media by Precinct and the Winner agrees to make themself available for this purpose. 14. Except with the prior written consent of Precinct, the Prize is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash and the total value of the Prize is limited to the stated value of the Prize. Precinct reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. 15. The Winner takes the Prize entirely at their own risk and to the full extent permitted by law, Precinct, AMP Haumi Management Limited

(the manager of Precinct) and any other owner the Taste on Willis shopping centre will not be liable to the Winner in respect of any claim for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever (including, without limitation, any consequential, indirect, special, punitive or incidental damages) or for any physical or mental injury suffered by the Winner or family member or friend as a result of or in connection with the Competition or by reason of the utilisation or application of the Prize. 16. The Entrant releases Precinct, AMP Haumi Management Limited (the manager of Precinct), any other owner the Taste on Willis shopping centre, their directors, managers, staff and agents from and disclaims all claims, whether in contract or tort or otherwise in respect of or arising from this Competition to the maximum extent permitted by law. If a court of competent jurisdiction shall hold Precinct, AMP Haumi Management Limited (the manager of Precinct), any other owner the Taste on Willis shopping centre, their directors, managers, staff or their agents or employees liable in respect of any matters arising under or incidental to this Competition then the total aggregate liability shall be limited to $450. 17. Precinct respects privacy rights under the Privacy Act 1993 and is required to comply with the privacy principles in respect of the collection of personal information from individuals. 18. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, Precinct reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.
