DESCRIPTION AND OVERVIEW TAG HEUER is organising a competition giving participants a chance to win in a prize draw from among the persons who voted for the video receiving the highest number of votes overall. In the event of a tie between two videos, the participants will be asked to vote again. 2. ENTRIES AND ELIGIBILITY The Competition is open to everyone. Employees of TAG HEUER and members of their family living under the same roof are not permitted to take part in the Competition. Only entry forms that have all fields filled out completely and correctly will be considered for the Competition. Only one entry per person is allowed. 3.DEADLINE AND METHOD OF ENTRY Entries to the Competition must be submitted via the website: www.tagheuer.com/24hoursconnected. Entries received through other communication channels will not be considered. The closing date for all entries via the website is 31st July 2017 at midnight (CET). All entries received after the deadline will not be accepted. 4. SELECTION OF THE WINNER A winner will be drawn at random in the presence of a notary from among the persons who voted for the video receiving the highest number of votes altogether. The winner will be notified personally by post. No correspondence on the subject will be entered into. 5. PRIZE One (1) Connected Watch (ref SBF8A8014.11FT6076:Titanium Grade 5 case -Steel bezel–Black rubberstrap) in a case signed by the people appearing in the video which receives the highest number of votes. The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. 6. PRIZE AWARD The prize will be awarded to the winner in a TAG Heuer boutique or at an official distributor whose details will be provided by TAG Heuer. 7. DATA PROTECTION No data acquired in relation to this Competition will be transmitted or transferred to third parties; they shall remain the property of TAG Heuer. They shall be used solely for the purposes of the Competition and not for commercial or other purposes. 8. APPLICABLE LAW These Rules are governed by Swiss law. - Legal recourse of any kind is excluded. 9. LIABILITY Participants fully acknowledge the validity of these Rules and accept their contents.
