Who can enter this promotion?

Residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or older are eligible to enter.

How can one enter the promotion?

Entrants need to sign up to the email newsletter of either Australia & New Zealand Travel Company, complete the online entry form on anztravelco.com.au, and fill in all required fields.

When do entries open and close?

Entries open on 4 July 2023 at 6:00am AEST and close on 15 December 2023 at 5:00pm AEDT.

What is the Prize?

The Prize includes 7 nights at Ivory Palms Resort, Noosaville, for up to 2 people. Travel dates are from 1 February to 31 August 2024, excluding Easter and school holidays. Additionally, all entrants will receive a AU$25 discount voucher for new travel bookings made directly with the Promoter from 8 January to 31 March 2024.

How will the voucher be sent to entrants?

The discount voucher will be sent via email after the competition closes.

How many times can a person enter?

Multiple entries are not accepted; one entry per person at their nominated email address (first entry only will be accepted).

How will the winner be chosen?

The winner will be chosen by at least three representatives of The Promoter on 20 December 2023. The judging will be based on the most creative response or unique answer. The decision of the judges is final.

What is the value of the voucher and how can it be used?

The discount voucher, valued at AU$25, can be applied at the time of booking to reservations that include accommodation with a minimum value of $900. It is non-refundable and can't be redeemed on other services.

What is the Prize's inclusions and restrictions?

The Prize includes 7 nights at Ivory Palms Resort Noosaville in a standard self-contained unit for up to two adults, and a $450 travel voucher. Travel must occur between 1 February to 31 August 2024 (excluding Easter and school holidays). The $450 travel voucher can only be used on services booked through Australia & New Zealand Travel Company that coincide with the accommodation booking. Flights to Sunshine Coast/Maroochydore are not included in the prize.

What are the responsibilities of the winner?

The winner is responsible for other travel-related costs, such as transport to the resort, travel insurance, meals, sightseeing, and more. The winner must respond to the prize notification email by 12 January 2024 to proceed with a reservation.

Can the prize be transferred or exchanged?

The prize is not transferable to any other hotel or destination and cannot be exchanged. If the winner elects not to travel during the specified dates or is unable to travel due to reasons like COVID-19 restrictions, the prize will be forfeited.

How will the winner be notified?

The prize winner will be notified via email by 22 December 2023. If the prize is not claimed by 12 January 2024, it will be forfeited.

What happens with the winning entry?

The winning entry may be published by the Promoter in a non-commercial manner, including online, social media, and in the media.

What is the Promoter's liability and cancellation policy?

The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of participation or acceptance of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion due to circumstances beyond their control.
