PROMOTION – SPECIFIC RULES
1. Promotion Period This promotion (the “Promotion”) opens at 6am on Monday 17th
September 2018 and closes mid-night on Sunday 7th October 2018.
2. How to Enter
Entry is via phone call to More FM and to be eligible for the Prize, entrants
must listen for the cue to call during the Promotional period, call More FM
and get on the air to be in the draw to win the prize.

You are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents and visas
and for complying with all country entry/transit requirements
If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its
discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize)
with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written
directions from a regulatory authority.
The prize includes GST and taxes included in the price of the airline tickets.
Unless otherwise stated, the prize does not include travel insurance,
passports, visas, meals, taxes not included in the price of the ticket, or any
other costs of a personal nature.
Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a
winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or
redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be
transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. There
can be no changes made to travel arrangements once tickets are issued.

Neither the Promoter, Air New Zealand nor any other person or party
associated with this competition shall be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential
loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either
participation in this Promotion or with any prizes offered.
4. Winner selection
All eligible entries will go into the prize draw to be held on Monday, 8th
October 2018 before 10am.
The winner will be notified by phone.
5. Entry Restrictions
The Promotion is open to all New Zealand residents of all ages. Entrants
under the age of 18 years old must have parental/guardian consent to enter
and accept these terms and conditions.
