Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.
Entry is only open to New Zealand residents who are over the age of 18.
How to Enter: Entry into the draw requires a person to complete the promotional entry form including name and valid email address.
Entrants must remain subscribed to the Marine Deals newsletter for the duration of the competition to be eligible for the draw.
Marine Deals reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
Employees of Marine Deals Limited and their immediate families, and other companies associated with the promotion, are ineligible to enter the draw.
Proof of identity, age and residence may be requested at Marine Deals' discretion to validate a winning entry.
Promotion commences 16 January 2016 and closes 11.59 pm 31 March 2016 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry.
The winner of the competition is selected randomly from the 10 entries with the most qualifying votes.
Attempts will be made to notify the winner by email provided on the promotion entry. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner prior to 16 April 2016 then the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The prize cannot be converted into cash, but the prize is transferable to another person who is a New Zealand resident upon consultation with the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry if there is evidence of attempts to 'game' the entry.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion.
Neither the Promoter, nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
