Promotion Period
Promotion period commences Monday 30th April 2018 and closes 5pm Friday 11th May 2018.
No entries will be accepted after the close of the Promotion Period.
Prizes must be redeemed before 31st August 2018.
Eligibility
Promotion is open to participants aged 18 years and over.
Employees and immediate families of Heletranz Ltd or of associated companies, sponsor/s, agencies and suppliers are ineligible to enter.
Entry into the promotion
To be eligible to enter to win a prize, entrant must complete the online entry form.
Eligible Entrants are permitted one initial entry but can achieve bonus entries for sharing and liking collaborators social media pages.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and at its sole discretion may disqualify any entry that it does not consider complies with these terms & conditions.
Incomplete, late, misdirected or illegible entries will be invalid.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Prize
Prize winner drawn will be awarded ALL of the following prizes, which must be redeemed by 31 August 2018.
Heletranz Ltd: A one-way direct scenic helicopter flight from Heletranz heliport on Rosedale Road, landing at Mudbrick Cottages on Waiheke Island. A one-way charter flight to the value of NZD $900.00. Prize is subject to availability and weight limitations apply on all flights. Includes 2 x Adult one-way Ferry tickets from Waiheke to downtown Auckland.
Mudbrick Cottages: Prize is for a one-night stay for two people (sharing), in one of Mudbrick’s Cottages and includes a hot breakfast the following morning. Excludes dinner and any other food and beverages. Prize is valued at NZD $600.00. Prize is subject to availability and can only be redeemed from Sunday through to Thursday. Excludes Queen’s Birthday Weekend and Friday/Saturday nights.
Coast NZ: Prize is a Coast NZ Weekender Bag valued at NZD $449.00. Colour choice is at discretion of Coast NZ.
Kathryn Wilson: Prize is a pair of Kathryn Wilson designer footwear, to the value of NZD $300.00.
My Food Bag: Prize is a ‘My Classic Food Bag’ which serves 4 people and comes with 5 nights worth of food and recipes. Prize valued at NZD $194.99. Prize cannot be exchanged or transferred to another My Food Bag option.
Blush: Prize is a Luxe Limited-Edition Blush Carrier filled with fresh blooms, valued at NZD $100.00.
Loxy’s – Prize is a Loxy blow wave valued at NZD $65.00. Prize is for one person only and can only be redeemed once. Appointment essential.
Makaia Carr – Prize is one copy of Makaia Carr’s newly released book ‘Keeping It Real’ valued at NZD $37.00.
Prize draw and notification
Prize draw will be conducted at random by the Promoter after 5pm, Friday 11 May 2018 and winners will be notified by phone or email address (provided at the time of promotion entry) on Saturday 12 May 2018.
If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner prior to Monday 14th May 2018 then the prize is forfeited and the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize or conduct a redraw and select an alternative winner.
The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize/s are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Prize values are correct at time of release. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize values.
The Promoter reserves the right to change and amend any portion of the stated prizes at any time prior to the draw.
The terms and conditions of the supplier of the prizes shall apply to the winner.
Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
