Campaign terms & conditions:
1. Entry to this competition is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 or above at the time of participation.
2. The promotion period is from 25 July 2018 – 10 August 2018 (23:59 NZT time).
3. Lucky draw entry will only be considered valid if it fulfils all criteria listed below:
• The entrant holds an active Registered Account, Asia Miles or Marco Polo Club membership
• The entrant has subscribed to Cathay Pacific marketing communications by the end of the Promotion period
• The member or account holder has provided all necessary details and agreed to the terms and conditions of the promotion
4. One winner will be selected based on the Promotion’s lucky draw eligibility criteria. As a prize winner, your prize (the ‘Prize’) includes: two Economy Class return tickets between Auckland and Hong Kong and access to the Cathay Pacific Business Class lounges at Hong Kong International Airport. 5. Flights are subject to availability and might not be available during certain busy periods such as months of December/January, New Zealand school holidays, Hong Kong Rugby Sevens and Chinese New Year. Early booking is recommended.
6. All prize travel must be commenced and completed by 30 November 2019.
7. Tickets are not in any way transferable, refundable, reroutable, endorsable and cannot be exchanged for cash and have a maximum 3 month travel validity.
8. Tickets are valid on Cathay Pacific operated flights only.
9. The prize winner is responsible for country/airport taxes.
10. The winner of the promotion must have a valid passport and any required visa’s to enter Hong Kong. The airline will not be responsible for any assistance with regards to passport and visa requirements.
11. The Promotion is not open to employees (and their family members) of Cathay Pacific Airways or GrownUps.com.
12. The winners will be directly notified by Cathay Pacific through the registered email address or phone number.
13. Meals, all taxes, transfers, gratuities, excess baggage, travel insurance, accommodation arrangement and all other travel-related expenses and incidentals not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the prize winner and his/her travel companion.
14. The prize ticket has a lower boarding priority than normal fare paying passengers. If the reserved flight becomes critically full, and/or other serious disruptions occur, the prizewinner may not be accepted on board. In case of such event, he/she will not be entitled to deny boarding compensation. Our airport staff will then include him/her on the booking list for the next available Cathay Pacific flight.
15. Cathay Pacific reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify any of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.
16. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
17. Cathay Pacific will not be responsible for:- (i) any email message delivery failure; (ii) any SPAM generated messages; (iii) any lost, delayed or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures of any kind or any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or any technical reasons and (iv) other conditions beyond control.
