Win a Rarotongan Holiday

1. Promotion Summary:
a. The "WIN a Rarotongan Holiday” promotion provides the chance to win holiday to Rarotonga, up to the value of $10,000 to promotion entrants who enter online, provide their contact details, answer the skill question and provide a valid code collected from a HotSpring store.
b. The Promoters are HotSpring Spas NZ Ltd, 35 William Pickering Drive, Albany, Auckland (Promoter).
c. The Promotion will be open from 8am NZDT on Saturday 3rd January 2015 until 4pm NZDT Sunday 8th February 2015. ("Promotional Period").
d. Participation in the Promotion is reliant on correctly filling in the online promotion entry form and is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over excluding:
i. management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoters, its related entities and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion; and
ii. a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph 1.d.i of these Terms,
2. Acceptance:
Information on how to enter the prize draw form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. How To Qualify:
a. To qualify for the Win a Rarotongan Holiday draw, customers must visit a HotSpring store and collect a special entry code, then visit http://www.hotspring.co.nz/win-rarotongan-holiday and correctly complete the online entrty form.
b. If a customer purchases a HotSpring spa during the promotion period they will be entitled to 50 entries to the prize draw. These entries will be electronically entered by HotSpring management.
c. Entrants to the promotion may enter only once. Only one entry per person will be accepted unless that Entrant has purchased a spa Pool from HotSpring or a dealer during the promotional period.
4. Terms:
a. The Rarotongan Holiday prize is offered as a combination of airfare credits, accommodation, activities and meal vouchers up to the value of $10,000NZD. If for any reason whatsoever the Rarotongan Holiday prize is unable to be fulfilled as described, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any components(s) of the Prize package up to the value of $10,000NZD at its sole discretion.
b. Part of the Rarotongan Holiday prize will be provided as accommodation vouchers/credit from Bartercard Travel NZ and is valid until 31st December 2015. Accommodation will be provided at either; The Rarotongan Beach Resort & Spa, Sanctuary Rarotonga or Muri Beach Club Hotel.
c. Accommodation exclusion dates apply throughout the year. Travel dates for the Rarotongan Holiday prize package are subject to resort availability and cannot be redeemed during School Holidays.
d. The Rarotongan Holiday prize must be taken before 31st December 2015.
e. The Gift with Purchase is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. All requested travel dates are subject to operator availability at the time of booking.
f. No Resale: Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of the Rarotongan Holiday prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the Rarotongan Holiday prize.
g. Qualifying Customers must be 18 years of age or over.
h. Qualifying Customers must hold valid passports for travel to and from Rarotonga.
i. Qualifying Customers must not have any criminal convictions nor anything else that may restrict them from entering Rarotonga.
j. Travel insurance is entirely the responsibility of the individual travellers and is strongly recommended for the duration of the travellers’ visit.
k. Rarotongan Holiday prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a customer is unable to use the Rarotongan Holiday prize as stated.
l. No changes to travel arrangements are allowed once accommodation dates are confirmed.
m. The Rarotongan Holiday prize is subject to the terms and conditions stated here, and on all terms and conditions from airlines, hotels and other holiday package providers.
n. Any additional costs, not covered above, that are incurred to take the Rarotongan Holiday prize are at the Recipient’s expense.
o. The Airfare component of the Gift with Purchase will be provided as Air New Zealand credit to the value of $1200NZD ($600 per person) and must be used by 31st December 2015. Any difference in airfares is the sole responsibility of the traveller.
q. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from receiving the benefit of the Rarotongan Holiday prize.
r. The Rarotongan Holiday prize Recipients take the prize entirely at their own risk and they indemnify the Promoter in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the Rarotongan Holiday prize.
5. Representations/Exclusion of Liability:
a. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered as the Rarotongan Holiday prize. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the Rarotongan Holiday prize recipients and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the recipients.
b. It is the sole responsibility of the Rarotongan Holiday prize Recipients to ensure that they have valid travel documents, any necessary health or other insurance, and that they are fit to fly and have no medical conditions which could adversely affect them at any time during the use and enjoyment of the Rarotongan Holiday prize.
c. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the Rarotongan Holiday prize Recipients. It is the responsibility of the Recipients to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations before travel. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination.
