This month New Zealand Golf launched its new campaign ‘She Loves Golf’ to encourage women across the country to give golf a go. She Loves Golf will be popping up with easy and fun SNAG Golf activities and girl-centric giveaways in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin throughout November. Women already converted to the sport will notice their local Driving Ranges and Clubs participating in She Loves Golf too, with special offers and activities tailored to female players and their friends.
Lydia Ko is right behind the initiative; one of five high profile She Loves Golf ambassadors, alongside Toni Street, Laura McGoldrick, Amber Peebles and Jamie Curry.
Lydia says, ‘I don’t understand why more girls don’t play golf and I have always wanted to see more girls playing the game, so when New Zealand Golf shared the She Loves Golf campaign with me, I was really excited and very keen to support it.’

The Love Golf website www.lovegolf.co.nz will be She Loves Golf’s digital home for November, with information on what prospective female golfers can try and where they can give it a go – as well as great prizes up for grabs – throughout the month.
