This unique indoor and outdoor event combines a fun SUP yoga session on Lake Karapiro, nutritional guidance with clean eating tips for energy and performance, and mindful yoga in Cambridge’s serene Balance Yoga studio. You’ll explore what it means to move, connect with and fuel your body and mind from the inside out.
