WINNER DETERMINATION DETAILS 1 Consumer Chance Buy + Enter (Web) – Instant Win + Major Draw – AU September 2016 Prize Draw Details Method: Random electronic selection. Time: 2pm on 10th May 2021. Location: 318 Richmond Road, Grey Lynn, Auckland 1021 Winner/s: The first 15 valid entries randomly drawn from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period will win a Prize. The Promoter will randomly draw additional valid “back up” entries for the purpose of awarding any unclaimed prizes, if required. PRIZE DETAILS Prize Details There are 15 Prizes to be won. Each Prize is 1 x A3 digital signed and framed portrait print created by Bonnie Brown valued at $520 (RRP, including GST). Total Prize Pool The total overall prize pool is valued at $7,800 (RRP, including GST). Prize Terms Winners will be required to provide 1 photo image to the Promoter and/or prize provider for the purposes of creating the A3 digital signed and framed portrait. Multiple photo images will not be accepted. The photo image must not feature more than 2 individuals. Winners will be asked to complete a brief survey regarding their portrait preferences. The prize provider will endeavour to consider those preferences; however the prize provider and Promoter make no representations that any or all of the winner’s preferences will be incorporated into the final A3 digital portrait. NOTIFICATION & PUBLICATION Notification of Prize Winners All winners will be notified in writing within 2 days of the Prize Draw. VERIFICATION & DELIVERY Verification Requirements Entrants and winners may be required to: a) provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency to verify their entry (Proof of Identity). Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion; and b) send their Proof of Purchase (for all entries submitted during the Entry Period) to the Promoter on request to verify that the relevant prize should be awarded. If an entrant/winner fails to provide Proof of Identity and/or Proof of Purchase by the time and date stipulated by the Promoter, their entry/ prize claim will be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion. Prize Delivery Once an entrant/winner is deemed by the Promoter to have complied with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will deliver the relevant prize via tracked courier within 60 days of the winner’s entry being verified and accepted.
