In the pursuit of filled pasta with greater taste, Delmaine, New Zealand’s leading fresh pasta maker, has developed Ravioli Grande. Ravioli Grande uses a double sheet pasta system to produce a larger pocket for more filling as well as removing the wasted ‘fold over’ edge of normal ravioli. Each piece is also made with a thinner sheet of real egg pasta to create ravioli which is more about the filling than the pasta itself.
