Over summer 2017/2018, Sarah, Sam and Toni went out on a venture to sort themselves out for summer! This included making some healthy changes to their lives to get them ready and in shape for the warmer season and they encouraged everyone to get involved too!

We want to be inspired by you! Post as much as you would like on the page, if you’re at your boot camp, post a photo of you in action! If you’ve got a great recipe that’s super healthy but still manages to taste amazing, post it on the page! If you’ve been sticking to your healthy way since we did ‘sort yourself out for summer’ post about your hard work, determination and transformation!
… and we could be taking you to the beautiful Fiji all thanks to Tourism Fiji, Air New Zealand, Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa and Vomo Island Resort.
Fiji is one of the closest Pacific Islands to New Zealand and with non-stop flights with Air New Zealand, you can escape the cold weather in the morning and be sipping cocktails (or coconut water) by the pool by mid-afternoon.
Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa on Denarau Island is home to the Waitui Adults Only Beach Club which has a focus on healthy eating, fitness and wellness during the day. At sunset the atmosphere changes with unlimited champagne and canapes served between 5pm-6pm daily. It’s all about balance!
Out in the Mamanuca Islands (a short 1hour 15 min boat trip or 15 minute helicopter flight), Vomo Island Resort also has a focus on health and wellbeing. VomoFit, an in-room fitness video programme, ensures guests can balance indulgence with wellbeing during their stay. The resort is also running a one year challenge called the Mt Vomo Sunrise Charity Run whereby guests compete for the fastest time to reach the mountain’s peak. All proceeds go to Cure Kids Charity.

motivations, activities, recipes or anything related to sorting yourself out by posting on
their Sort yourself out for summer Facebook group (“Promotion”) this gives listeners the
chance to win a trip for two to Fiji with Sarah Sam and Toni (Grand Prize”).
2) The promotion starts at 6:00am on Monday 7
th May and ends 5:00pm on Friday 25th May.
3) 2 x Winners will be chosen from the posts in the Sarah Sam and Toni sort yourself out for
Fiji Facebook group
4) You must be able to travel from Wednesday 30th May – Saturday 2
nd June
5) Prize is as stated, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
HOW TO ENTER
1. To enter the Promotion a participant must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) Post your inspiring stories and photos on Sarah Sam and Toni’s sort yourself
out for Fiji Facebook group
(b) This could be anything from photos at a boot camp, healthy recipes,
transformations
(c) There will be two winners chosen at the end of the promotion to go on the
trip to Fiji with Sarah Sam and Toni
2. Contestants with offensive or inappropriate content or language will be void.
THE PRIZE
1. The winner will receive the below
a. Return flights for two on the works from any New Zealand domestic airport to
Nadi, Fiji
b. Three nights’ accommodation at Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa, Denarau Island
