Terms and conditions
1. The Promoter of this competition is Foodstuffs (N.Z.) Limited (Foodstuffs) and Asaleo Care New Zealand Limited (‘Promoter’).
2. The competition commences on 05 June 2017 and runs until close of trade on 16 July 2017 (the Promotion Period).
3. You will receive an entry in the draw each time you purchase any Sorbent toilet or facial tissue product from any New World supermarket nationally during the Promotion Period and scan your New World Clubcard at the time of payment.
4. Prize winners will be drawn on 04 August 2017 – 3 weeks after prize draw closes by random electronic selection from all entries. The first 8 eligible winners drawn will win an Air New Zealand Deluxe Mystery Break for 2.
Prize
5. There are 8 prizes to be won, each valued at $1,798.00, as set out below:
a. An Air NZ Deluxe Mystery Break™ voucher (issued within 28 days of the Prize Draw) for two people including:
i. Return Air travel (Seat & Bag) on Air New Zealand to a mystery location within New Zealand;
ii. A rental car with unlimited kilometres waiting at the airport;
iii. Two nights’ 4-5 star accommodation at the mystery location within New Zealand.
On receipt of the voucher it is the winner’s responsibility to book their own Mystery Break directly with Air New Zealand and no further responsibility or liability sits with the Promoter should they not do so before the expiry date of the voucher.
b. NZ$500.00 spending money paid into the winner’s nominated New Zealand bank account within 28 days of the Prize Draw.
c. Trip prize must be taken within 12 months from date of voucher issued.
6. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at time of booking. Additional spending money, meals, taxes, transport to & from departure point, additional transfers, insurance & all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the Prize Winner. It is a condition of accepting the prize that all components of the prize be taken during the trip and all persons taking the trip depart from & return to the winner's nearest participating departure airport at the same time unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter & that all persons taking the trip sign a waiver of liability & an indemnity in the form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Promoter accepts no responsibility for variations in holiday prize value.
7. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in, and will need a current full drivers licence for presentation when the hire vehicle is collected.
8. The prize is subject to third party supplier’s terms and conditions. The Promoter will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss suffered by any entrant as a direct result of the conduct of these third party suppliers. However, these terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ)) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
9. It is the responsibility of the Prize Winners to ensure they are checked in for their flights, and arrive at the airport, at the time specified by the relevant airline carrier. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with the Prize Winners missing any of their flights.
10. The prize is not variable or transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash or be exchanged for other destinations. No changes will be allowed.
11. By entering this competition you consent to the Foodstuffs (N.Z.) Limited disclosing your personal information to suppliers of prizes (if you are a winner) to enable fulfilment of the prize.
12. If you are a winner, Foodstuffs or the Supplier will make reasonable efforts to contact you within 5 days of the draw using your New World Clubcard member contact details. If for any reason Foodstuffs or the supplier is unable to make contact with you within that period then the prize will be forfeited and another winner drawn in your place on the same terms and conditions as the original draw.
13. For your entry to be eligible to win, your Clubcard account details must be complete and up to date (including a phone number).
14. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, the Promoter, its employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this competition or with winning, redeeming or benefiting from the prize.
15. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are late, misdirected or lost and takes no responsibility for any entries not lodged correctly.
16. The selection results are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
