The cake must be:
* a fruit cake
* uniced, not garnished
* standard 6 inch or bigger
The winner will receive a KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer with stainless steel bowl valued at $1,049 and have their cake produced and sold at Ballantynes with pride of place in our Christmas Catalogue.

JUDGING DAY SATURDAY 23 AUGUST
Judging commences at noon. Entries to be in store by 11am.
What the judges will be looking for:
1. Evenness of the bake
2. Flavour, Texture, Taste
3. The Perfect Cut
4. Balance between the fruit and cake batter.
