Terms & Conditions
- The promoter (Beat Gaming Corp.) reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The winner will be notified by email within 72 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
- Entrants must be 13 years old or older to enter. Winners between the ages of 13 and 18 must seek parents/guardians approval before entering.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the rules.
- Entrants cannot refer themselves for entry types that require referrals. Doing so may invalidate all entries.
- If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to cheat, for example, the use of 'brute force', 'script' or any other automated means, that person/those e-mail addresses will be disqualified.
- Prize winner will be chosen at random.
