We have a men’s Go Healthy prize pack to giveaway. Men aren’t the best at getting regular health checks – so it’s a timely reminder to look after yourself (or at least have someone who is looking out for you).
It seems they don’t always appreciate our gentle reminders or as my other half calls it “nagging”. It’s always important to get regular check ups, most things caught early enough can be sorted out – so why wait!!!!
