Simply fill out the form below, answer the three safety questions correctly and you're in the draw! Terms and Conditions Competition runs from 13 October to 27 October 2014. Competition registration is available at unison.co.nz/hero and under the ‘WIN’ sections at radiosport.co.nz and radiohauraki.co.nz Competition is open to Hawke's Bay residents only. All three Unison ‘safety’ questions must be answered correctly for valid entry. A random winner from all correct entries will be selected by Unison Networks once registrations close. Winner will be announced on 28 October 2014. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winner receives a fishing charter package for four people hosted by ‘Wooly’ of Guns & Tackle, Hunting & Fishing. Fishing charter includes fishing equipment and is valued at approximately $1,000 Fishing charter to take place at a time convenient for both parties before 31 March, 2015 and some conditions may apply. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent / legal guardian when the prize is awarded.
