Terms and conditions
1. The Promoter of this competition is Foodstuffs (N.Z.) Limited (Foodstuffs) and General Mills where this has been agreed.
2. The competition commences on 29/05/17 and runs until close of trade on 25/06/17 (the Promotion Period).
3. You will receive an entry in the draw each time you purchase any Old El Paso product from New World supermarket nationally during the Promotion Period and scan your New World Clubcard at the time of payment. To enter, customer must have a valid Clubcard.
4. Prize winners will be drawn on 17/07/17 by random electronic selection from all entries. The first one (1) drawn will win a Family Mexican Fiesta valued at up to $15,000. Prize is valid until 10 December 2017, with booking required a minumum of 45 days prior to the requested date.

5. There is 1 Family Mexican Fiesta to be won as set out below:
A private event in your home for up to 20 friends and family which covers:
A private Chef and up to 2 x assistants/wait staff
The supply of all crockery, cutlery, glassware and linen that is required
The supply of all cooking equipment and utensils that is required
A Mexican food menu and non-alcoholic beverages included for maximum 20 guests
A brand new LG 60 inch 4k Ultra HD Smart LED-LCD TV
A 3 piece Mexican Mariachi band to play for up to 2 hours

Dinner Party Host
$2000 Spending money towards your Mexican fiesta to be deposited into the winner’s nominated bank account prior to the event. How this money is spent can be dictated by the winner and can be used to pay for a venue for the fiesta other than the winner’s home.

6. The prize includes all management of the prize delivery including planning, communication and documentation.
7. Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prize elements.
8. In the event that any of the prize elements are unavailable despite the suppliers reasonable endeavours, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different element item of equal or greater value or increase the spend on an existing element.
9. Event to take place in winner’s home, or other nominated venue. Any additional costs incurred are at the winner’s expense and the $2,000 spending money portion of the prize is available to cover such an eventuality.
10. Food staff, musicians and hosts will be supplied, managed and reimbursed by the Promotional agency and its nominated partners.
11. It is the responsibility of the prize winner and their nominated guests to make any food allergies known, prior to the event taking place.
12. Prize is valid until 10 December 2017. Due to travel requirements for hosts and musicians, block out periods include all public holiday dates along with all other special event periods. All bookings must be made a minimum of 45 days in advance of requested dates. All bookings and documentation regarding the prize must be made via the nominated travel agency or their sub agents.
13. Redeeming the prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by the nominated travel agency and its suppliers in accordance with normal travel practices.
14. No portion of the prize, other than the $2,000 spending money is redeemable for cash. The prize is not refundable or transferable.
15. In the event the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize may be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
16. Winner is responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once prize booking is confirmed. Any additional costs (other than those included) and any other ancillary costs incurred but not listed in the prize package description will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner. If for any reason the winner cancels the fiesta after the fiesta is booked, the winner may forfeit the fiesta portion of the prize. They will still receive the $2000 spending money and the TV.
17. The promoter or supplier take no responsibility for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or claiming/winning the prize, except as required by law.
18. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into.
19. By entering the competition, you agree to the use of your name for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation
20. By entering this competition you consent to the Foodstuffs (N.Z.) Limited disclosing your personal information to suppliers of prizes (if you are a winner) to enable fulfilment of the prize.
21. If you are the winner, Foodstuffs or the Supplier will make reasonable efforts to contact you within 5 days of the draw using your New World Clubcard member contact details. If for any reason Foodstuffs or the supplier is unable to make contact with you within that period then the prize will be forfeited and another winner drawn in your place on the same terms and conditions as the original draw.
22. For your entry to be eligible to win, your Clubcard account details must be complete and up to date (including a phone number).
