All other entries will be invalid. Under 5s' employees and their immediate families, staff employed by businesses advertising on the Under 5s website and agencies associated in anyway with a competition running on the Under 5s website are not eligible to enter. Under 5s reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Competition Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by Under 5s to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. How to enter Under 5s competitions To enter any competition on the Under 5s website, entrants must enter their details into the competition entry form on the Under 5s Competitions page, and then submit a fully completed entry form during the competition period. Under 5s takes no responsibility for late or misdirected entries. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will also be deemed invalid. Only one entry per person is permitted and any subsequent entries for the same competition(s) will be deleted. Competitions on the Under 5s website run for 1 month unless otherwise specified. All entries become the property of Under 5s. Competition prizes Competition prizes are provided and delivered to the winners by businesses advertising on the Under 5s website, third parties or by Under 5s at their own expense. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and no exchanges will be made. If any prize is unavailable, Under 5s, in its discretion, reserves the right to ask the business running the competition to substitute the prize with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. No correspondence will be entered into.
