Odds
The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of people who enter the Contest. Winners will be selected in random drawings during the first business day on or following each respective contest day.
Notification
Winners will be notified of their prize via Twitter, Facebook and/or email. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five business (5) days, or Focus Attack, LLC's notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits all rights to the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected by Focus Attack, LLC Prizes will be delivered to winners via standard shipping by standard carrier.
Winner Acceptance
A winner may waive his or her right to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes.
