The prize
The Listener has five copies of the world edition of Truth, Love & Clean Cutlery to give away. It lists 15 sustainably managed restaurants in New Zealand, alongside worthy restaurants and cafes in Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean and the Middle East. There are lists of “hero” producers and social enterprises, and 5% from sales of the books will be donated to humanitarian organisation Action Against Hunger.
