Win a cooking class for you and five friends at Sachie's Kitchen - Win a cooking class for you and five friends at Sachie's Kitchen Recreate Sachie Nomura's two Auckland Seafood Festival recipes in a private cooking class for you and five friends. Sachie will bring to life classic Kiwi seafood dishes with a distinctly Asian twist, including Asian fish pie and freshly shucked ‘asianfied’ oysters. Sachie reckons Asian cuisine is at its most exciting when working with New Zealand’s world-class fresh produce, so is keen to showcase how pan-Asian flavours can enhance quality Kiwi food.
