Over eight episodes Carly will share a specially designed Cook The Books kitchen with the likes of Al Brown, Simon Gault, Nadia Lim, Martin Bosley, Robert Oliver, Lauraine Jacobs, Chelsea Winter and Michael Van de Elzen to celebrate their life in food and share their recipes and secrets to success. When did they first start cooking? Where did their love of food come from? What was their first big break? Favourite foods and favourite food writers?

Carly also travels outside the Cook the Books kitchen visiting writers at their homes and restaurants to talk about their latest book in a segment featuring some of our finest chefs and cooks as well as exciting emerging talent.
