By entering this competition, entrants agree to be subscribed to the Nicholas Jermyn newsletter and to receive further communication from Nicholas Jermyn Shirtmakers from time to time.
Prizes will be awarded on a date chosen by Nicholas Jermyn Shirtmakers.
This prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Entrants must be 18 years or over.
All other expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner, including, but not limited to airfares, transport, travel insurance, accommodation, and any additional expenses.
The winner agrees to have their photo taken and short video footage taken to be used for promotional purposes on Nicholas Jermyn's social media platforms with their name for no further compensation.
Entrants agree that their contact details will be shared with Nicholas Jermyn Shirtmakers.
Competition runs from Friday 8 June 2018 until Wednesday 20 June 2018. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for entry. Winner will be notified on Thursday 21 June 2018.
The winner will be selected from all the entries received. Attempts will be made to notify the winner using the contact details provided. If Nicholas Jermyn, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner by 11.59pm on 21 June 2018, then the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Nicholas Jermyn’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Nicholas Jermyn reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize or the rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be notified by email, on our website or in these rules.
In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, prize, conduct, results and all other matters relating to this competition, the decision of Nicholas Jermyn shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Nicholas Jermyn and other providers of prizes (including their respective officers, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this offer, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
