PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
PROMOTION SUMMARY
1. The Hearin’ for Ed Sheeran competition encourages listeners to call 0800 More FM and
correctly identify a muffled Ed Sheeran song. All correct entries are in the draw to win the trip
for two people to see Ed Sheeran perform live in Sydney.
HOW TO ENTER
2. The Promotion Period begins on Monday 15th January 2018 6am and entries close on Sunday
28th January at mid night.
3. Entry is via calling in to More FM
4. Participants may enter as many times as they wish.
5. Participants must live in New Zealand.
6. Participants must have a valid passport and be able to travel to Sydney.
7. Participants may be any age, however if the participant is under 18 years of age and wins the
prize, they must take a parent or legal guardian who is aged 18 years of age or older with them
on the trip.
THE PRIZE
8. The Winner will be selected, advised and confirmed on Monday 29th January 2018 by phone.
9. The Judge is More FM.
10. More FM will select, at random, one entrant from all valid entrants in the draw, as the winner of
the prize.
11. The prize consists of:
a. Two return “Seat and Bag” class flights plus any applicable taxes on Air New Zealand
from Auckland to Sydney (Friday 16 March 2018 – Monday 19 March 2018).
b. If the winner and the one person the winner is bringing live further than 3 hours’ drive
from Auckland, they will be provided with flights for two to Auckland Airport return.
c. If the winner and the one person the winner is bringing live outside of Auckland but
within 3 hours drive of Auckland, they will be supplied with fuel vouchers up to the
value of NZ$150.
d. If the winner and the one person the winner is bringing live in Auckland, they must
make their own way to Auckland Airport.
e. Airport transfers within New Zealand are not included.
f. Three nights’ accommodation in Sydney.
g. Two tickets to see Ed Sheeran performing in Sydney on 17 March 2018.
h. The winner will be responsible for all other expenses related to the prize.
i. Seats booked as “Seat and Bag”
j. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and is redeemable on Air New
Zealand services only
k. Once booking confirmed no changes are permitted
l. All prize travel is subject to Air New Zealand’s Conditions of Carriage, to view visit

m. Prize travel is not eligible to accrue Airpoints Dollars™, Status Points or frequent flyer
n. Other conditions may apply and will be advised at the time of booking
o. Neither Air New Zealand nor any other person or party associated with this competition
shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to
indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection
with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.

q. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves
the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value

r. The prize includes GST and taxes included in the price of the airline tickets. Unless
otherwise stated, the prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, meals,
taxes not included in the price of the ticket, or any other costs of a personal nature.
s. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is
unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash
or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless
agreed to by the Promoter. There can be no changes made to travel arrangements
once tickets are issued.
t. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves
the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value
and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
SPECIFIC RULES
9 The mechanic can be executed at any time within the promotional period.
10 The first caller through goes in the draw for the prize.
11 The mechanic for this competition can be changed or altered at any time within the
promotional period.
12 If the mechanic is changed or altered, the entrants already in the draw will remain in the
draw and any further entrants will join the entrants already in the draw.
