The Two Robbies found out Gavin MacLeod (Captain Stubing) from The Love Boat TV series is coming to New Zealand AND that he's a celebrant. Not wanting to miss an opportunity, they decided to track him down and ask if he'd renew your vows - he said yes!
Gavin is on his way to New Zealand as ambassador for Princess Cruises. Princess Cruises was catapulted to stardom in 1977 when one of its ships, Pacific Princess, was cast in a starring role in “The Love Boat.” The weekly series, was an instant hit and both the company name and its “seawitch” logo have remained synonymous with cruising ever since.
