PROMOTION SUMMARY – Win A Huawei P20 Smart Phone!
The Hits and Huawei (the “Promoter”), are running the Win the New Huawei P20!
(“Promotion”) where listeners will be given the chance to win one of the new Huawei P20’s!
Simply register your details at thehits.co.nz and you could be the one receiving a new phone!
HOW TO ENTER
1. The Promotion starts at 10:00am on Monday the 16th of April, 2018 and ends at 4pm on
Sunday the 22nd of April, 2018 (“Promotion Period”).
2. To be eligible for the Promotion participants must:
a) Be 16 years of age or older
b) Be eligible under the Standard Promotion or Competition Rules below.
3. To enter, participants must register by submitting a completed entry form under the Win A
Huawei P20 Smart Phone! Win page at thehits.co.nz. Incomplete entries will not be
accepted.
4. Participants may enter the Promotion only once during the Promotion Period. All duplicated
entries will be void.
PRIZE:
1. 1 x Huawei P20.
Winning the Prize:
1. On Monday the 23rd of April one member from The Hits Brand Engagement team will
randomly select one of the online entries and call them to award the Prize using the phone
number provided at the time of entry.
2. The call must be answered by the person named on the entry to win.
3. The Promoter will attempt to contact the selected entry a maximum of 2 times. The entry will
be forfeited after two failed attempts and the Promoter reserves the right to redraw a
winner.
4. To claim the Prize, the Prize Winners must provide The Hits with their valid home address and
mobile phone number. If this information is not provided within six hours of winning, the
Prize Winner will forfeit their prize.
5. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any failure or delay in delivering the Prize but will
provide all reasonable assistance in cases where the Prize is not received by the Prize Winner.
6. The Prize Winner is responsible for any other expenses not included in the Prize. For example,
the Prize Winner is responsible for all costs incurred when connecting the Prize to a mobile
phone network, making calls or using data.
7. The Prize is not transferable or negotiable and may only be claimed by the Prize Winner.
Other
1. These terms and conditions may be amended and the Promotion changed or terminated at
any time by the Promoter.
2. The Promoters’ decisions on all entry and promotion matters are final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
3. The Promoter will collect and use, for the purpose of the promotion, the personal
information of all participants. You have the right to request access to and correction of your
personal information (where such information is readily retrievable) by contacting The Hits.
4. Participants grant the Promoter permission to use their name, photograph, voice and film
recordings in which they appear, in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion
and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
This includes the right to use on the Promoter’s websites, social media, on air and other
publications of the Promoter.
5. Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
6. The Promoter will not be liable to any person in any way in relation to this Promotion
including, without limitation, any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not
limited to indirect or consequential loss).
