ALL ABOARD! PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
PROMOTION SUMMARY
1. The All Aboard promotion allows the entrant to register online following the on-air cue to register for the chance to
win a local-sailing (South Pacific) cruise holiday of up to and including 10 nights in a Quad-Share Balcony Stateroom
on board Voyager of the Seas or Explorer of the Seas with Royal Caribbean in 2018.
HOW TO ENTER
2. The Promotion Period begins on Monday 6 November 2017 and entries close on Friday 17th November 2017.
3. Entry is via website and entrants must submit their age, name and address and must confirm they have a valid
passport at time of prize redemption.
4. Those who register must opt in or out of future communications with participating sponsor.
5. Participants can enter multiple times over the duration of the two week campaign.
6. Entry is open to all legal residents of New Zealand who are 18 years of age and over at the time they enter, and to
entrants under the age of 18 with the permission of their legal guardian.
THE PRIZE
7. The Winner will be selected, advised and confirmed on Friday 17 November 2017 by phone on the Lana and Jase
Drive Show between 3pm and 7pm.
8. The winner will be a random draw by More FM. More FM’s judgement is final and non-contestable.
9. The prize consists of …
a. Prize is a local-sailing (South Pacific) cruise holiday of up to and including 10 nights on board Voyager of the Seas
or Explorer of the Seas, inclusive of cruise fare, NCCF (Non-Commissionable Cruise Fares), taxes and gratuities in
a quad-share balcony stateroom for a family of two adults and two children under the age of 16.
b. Prize is subject to availability, with some blackout sailings including peak periods such as Christmas, New Year and
Easter. Cruise itinerary dates will be selected with the winner by Royal Caribbean Cruises based on availability at
Royal Caribbean’s full discretion.
c. Prize also includes return economy airfares from the Winner’s nearest major city (Auckland, Wellington or
Christchurch) to Sydney pre cruise, and from Sydney to the Winner’s nearest major city (Auckland, Wellington, or
Christchurch) post cruise. Valued up to $600pp., and will be selected with the winner by Royal Caribbean Cruises at
Royal Caribbean’s full discretion. Prize also includes one night pre-cruise accommodation in a single room in four
star or higher accommodation in Sydney, to be booked by Royal Caribbean and accommodation choice at Royal
Caribbean’s discretion.
d. Cruise prize includes all taxes, fees, port charges and service charges, and includes main meals, as well as
USD$200 onboard credit to spend as the Prize Winner wishes. All other expenses (including but not limited to
beverages, specialty dining, laundry, transfers, incidentals, passports, visas, travel insurance, mini-bar, telephone
calls, internet access, shore excursions and gratuities over and above the included service charge) are at the
expense of the winner. A credit card imprint will be required at boarding for incidental expenses.
e. Daily meals and non-alcoholic beverage options are included in the cruise fare. However Personal purchases on
board the ship beyond the provided USD$200 onboard credit (e.g. alcoholic beverages, spa, shopping, Casino) are
at the Prize Winner’s expense. The prize also does not include travel insurance, shore excursions, specialty dining restaurants or anything else purchased on board including but not limited to passports, visas, vaccinations and
other spending money. These costs must be covered by the Winner. The Winner and their companions are
responsible for all other expenses including spending money, transfers, laundry charges, activities, incidentals,
flights (excluding those included within the prize), gratuities and service charges beyond those included in your
cruise fare, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs.
10. Terms of the prize
a. Prize must be redeemed within the 2018 calendar year and is applicable to cruises departing from Sydney only.
Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
The prize (or any part thereof) cannot be sold, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken for cash.
The stateroom type cannot be upgraded or altered nor additional guests added to the stateroom.
b. The winner of the prize must agree to Royal Caribbean’s terms of carriage in order to take the prize. View details

c. The winner of the prize must be among the travellers. Children must be the directly related to at least one of the
adults (parent/child). Prior permission must be requested and granted in order for a child to travel who is not the
child of one of the adults, and a letter from the child’s legal guardian or parent must be carried. There is no
provision for additional guests (adults or children).
d. The prize cannot be taken in conjunction with any other Royal Caribbean offer. Crown and Anchor loyalty points
may not be accrued.
e. By entering this competition, and by collecting a prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that travel and any
other activities comprising the prize are inherently dangerous. The cruise line and promoter are not responsible for
any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions, illness, industrial action or civil commotion that may occur
whilst the winner is travelling. It is the responsibility of the prize-winner to enquire about local issues and conditions
at destinations prior to travel. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of
the prize winner and their travel companions. Specialist cruise travel insurance is highly recommended and must be
purchased by the winner at own expense.
f. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
g. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the
Promoters’ ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and
conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil
unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoters may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and
recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
h. The Promoters shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to
indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury or illness suffered or sustained in connection with any
prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
i. The Promoters reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoters have reason
to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct
calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoters’ legal rights to recover
damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
j. The Promoters are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the entrant or for
any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or
any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any
omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone,
mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
