Win a $55 nut prize pack from Alison's Pantry - Celebrating the delicious flavours and nutritional benefits of nuts, National Nut Day is once again upon us. In our latest issue we have some lovely recipes to use these tasty little powerhouses, including a recipe to make your own nut milk. Now that strawberries are starting to appear, you could also try this Baked Honey and Ricotta Cheesecake with a Crunchy Nut Base. Nuts are also a vital ingredient in Kelly's Vegan ‘Cheesecake’ with Almond and Pistachio Base and a Ginger Vanilla Filling.
