Atlantis reserves the right to disqualify any entry determined to be in violation of the letter and/or spirit of these terms and conditions. Individuals can enter the Atlantis Dubai Spin To Win as many times as they like
There will be one winner whose name will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. The entrant named on the winning entry form will be considered the winner. In the case of a dispute, the winning entry will be deemed made by the holder of an established e-mail account associated with the entry. All decisions of the judges are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified by email on Tuesday 6 May 2014 and must respond with proof of identity and eligibility before midnight (Dubai time) on Monday 12 May 2014 (the Deadline) to claim the Grand Prize. Atlantis reserves the right to require the winner to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. Atlantis reserves the right to select an alternate winner if the winner does not claim the Grand Prize before the Deadline.
