Only New Zealand residents who are aged 18 or over are eligible to enter the competition.

Directors, officers, management, and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and the agencies, companies, or participating premises associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.

How can they enter?
To enter the competition, participants must complete the competition entry form found at the Website. They must provide all requested information and answer the Competition Question about their unique and interesting pie flavor combination not available in stores.
What is the prize they can win and the total worth of the prize?
The prize is a NZ$4,000 Flight Centre gift card. The total prize pool is NZ$4,000.
How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
There will be one (1) winner selected based on the Judging Criteria, which includes creativity, originality, Promoter brand suitability, and inspiration. The winner will be determined by the Promoter or appointed judges on 25/08/2023.
What can I win?
The winner will receive a NZ$4,000 Flight Centre gift card.
How many times can I enter?
Participants can enter multiple times, but each entry must refer to a different unique pie flavor combination.
How and when will the winner/s be informed?
The winner will be notified by phone and in writing (via email) within five (5) business days of the Determination Date, which is 25/08/2023.
Unclaimed prize/s
If the prize is unclaimed by 5 pm (NZST) on 13/10/2023, the Promoter may use the winner's pie combination flavor to make a pie and sell it in participating stores from 18/10/2023 until 30/01/2024.

The Promoter collects personal information to conduct and manage the competition. Participants consent to the use of their personal information for this purpose and may receive emails or SMS messages related to the competition. The Promoter's Privacy Policy provides information on accessing personal information, seeking corrections, and making complaints. Personal information may be disclosed to overseas locations. Participants' personal information may also be shared with franchised dealers, related companies, agents, contractors, or promotional partners for the purpose of conducting and managing the competition.
