When does the competition close?The competition commences at 12.01 am AEDT on 6th November 2023 and concludes at 5.00 pm AEDT on 8th December 2023.
How can one enter the competition?Eligible Entrants who hold a Cherry+ membership will automatically receive one entry or multiple entries into the draw, depending on the level of membership they hold and the length of time they have held a membership, in accordance with the Membership Terms. Standard entries for each membership tier are as follows:
- Bronze: 1 entry for each month of membership
- Silver: 10 entries for each month of membership
- Gold: 50 entries for each month of membership
What is the prize and what are the details of the prize pool?There is one (1) prize available with a total prize pool valued at up to AUD$16,180. The prize consists of the following components:
- Return economy airfares from the prize winner's closest Australian or New Zealand international airport to Honolulu International Airport for 2 Adults (AUD$5,344)
- Seven (7) Nights accommodation in a 4.5 or 5-star hotel/resort, chosen at the Promoter's discretion and dependent on availability at the time the prize is taken (AUD$8,836)
- AUD$2,000 spending money to cover activities and food (AUD$2,000)
The prize may be taken between 01/02/2024 and 31/05/2024, subject to availability. Spending money will be transferred into the prize winner's nominated bank account. The prize also includes travel to an international destination, requiring a valid Australian/New Zealand passport with at least 6 months validity. Additionally, the prize winner is responsible for obtaining any necessary visas and travel insurance.
How is the prize draw conducted?Winners will be drawn via electronic random draw at 7.00 pm AEDT on 8th December 2023 at 14/3 Albert Coates Lane, Victoria, 3000 Australia, in the presence of an independent scrutineer. Winners will be announced live on the Cherry Facebook Page at the time of the draw and also contacted via phone and email. The list of winners will be published on the www.JoinCherry.com website on 9th December 2023.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?If a prize is unclaimed or not accepted by a winner, or if the winner cannot be contacted by 6.30 pm AEDT on 8th March 2024, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded, and the prize will be redrawn at 7:00 pm AEDT on 8th March 2024.
