Method of Entry
• The promoter is Farmers Trading Company Limited.
• When you get fitted in store by a bra fitting consultant at any Farmers store, then purchase lingerie (excluding sleepwear, thermals, socks and hosiery) and swipe your Farmers Club Card during the promotional period you'll automatically get one entry into the draw.
• Entry is valid for transactions between Monday 22nd May to Monday 19th June 2017 (the promotional period). There will be 1 winner drawn.
• There will be 1 entry per Farmers Club Card membership. Offer is available in store only.
Prize and Prize Conditions
• The Prize is a $1,000 Farmers Gift Card. Total Prize value is $1,000NZD which will be loaded onto a Farmers Gift Card. There will be 1 winner. Farmers Gift Card terms and conditions will apply.
• By accepting this prize, the winner consents to the promoter and/or its affiliates and agencies using the winner's details, photographs and other material for reasonable promotional purposes including but not limited to in store notices, posters, emails, online marketing activity and press.
• The promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury in connection with the prize or its use by the winner.
• The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The promoter is not liable for any variation in the prize value between the date of publication and the date the prize is collected.
• The prize draw will take place on Thursday 22nd June 2017 at Farmers Support Centre, 21 Laidlaw Way, East Tamaki, Auckland. The prize winners will be notified by telephone/and or email.
• If the winner cannot be contacted by the promoter within two weeks of the prize draw, the prize will be redrawn at the promoter's discretion.
• The promoter is not liable if (for whatever reason) the winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect or out of date contact details being recorded against their Farmers Club membership.
• Any decisions made by the promoter in relation to the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoter reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this prize draw competition at any time without notice.
• The promoter is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the prize draw.
