1. General
1.1. The “Animates.co.nz” giveaway “the Promotion” is being conducted by Animates New Zealand Holdings Ltd. “the Promoter”.
1.2. The Promotion is governed by these terms and conditions.
1.3. By participating or entering into this contest, it is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entrants
2.1. Only New Zealand residents, 13 years or over are eligible to take part in the Promotion “Eligible Entrants”.
2.2. Entrants may enter (see section 4) once to be in to win the prize specified in the competition post description. The entry must be unique and meet the terms of clause 4.
2.3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and suppliers associated with the Promotion are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
2.4. Individuals must provide their first name, last name and delivery address, as well as any other information reasonably requested by the Promoter.
3. Entry and voting period
3.1. The Promotion commences and ends at the times and dates specified in the post desciption "Promotion Period". No entries will be accepted before the start or after the end of the promotional period.
3.2. The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, misdirected entries or for inaccurate information that may have been supplied or not supplied as a result of delays or failures in any equipment, technical error, deletion of data entry, transmission communication, software failure, website access or any other cause outside their control.
3.3. No purchase is necessary to enter this contest; however, your entry must meet all criteria.
4. How to enter
4.1 Entrants can only submit one entry on either Instagram or Facebook.
By following clause 4.1.1. and 4.1.2, you will gain one “entry”.
4.1.1. Facebook: Visiting Animates Facebook page and follow the instructions listed in the Facebook competition post description.
4.1.2. Instagram: Follow the instructions listed in the Instagram competition post description.
4.1.3. You must only have one entry per pet, any additional entries will be void.
4.1.4. You do not have to purchase at www.animates.co.nz
5. Prizes
5.1. The prizes are the following:
5.1.1. Facebook entrants will be in to win the prize mentioned in the Facebook competition post description.
5.1.2. Instagram entrants will be in to win the prize mentioned in the Instagram competiton post description.
6. Prize draw and notification
6.1. The winner(s) will be chosen from all Eligible Entrants through a random number generator.
6.2. The Facebook winner will be contacted within 24 hours of prize draw via a reply to comment on the Animates competition Facebook post.
6.3. The Instagram winner will be contacted within 24 hours of prize draw via a reply to comment on the Animates competition Instagram post.
6.4. Winner(s) must private message the Animates account through Facebook or Instagram to provide delivery details.
6.5. If the winner(s) do not provide confirmation within the correct timeframe, Animates will redraw winners and follow the above process.
6.6. The promoter reserves the right to verify each winner’s entry and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with or subverts the Promotion, including (but not limited to) acting or attempting to act in a fraudulent or dishonest manner.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms applying to the Promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend, or reschedule the Promotion at any time.
7.2. The Promoters decisions in relation to the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.3. The Promoter, their related companies and their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering the Promotion or claiming, winning or using any prize, except as required by law.
